At Wisdom of the Womb, we believe in a world where women not only connect with but also deeply understand their body's innate wisdom, remembering how to listen to their menstrual blood, which has SO much to say.

We support women to feel embodied and empowered when it comes to their reproductive health, so that they can optimize their fertility and create the families they desire, feeling confident about their choices regarding fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood and beyond.

We believe that our disconnection from our body stems from our disconnection from the earth, the Great Mother, from her rhythms and cycles. Our devotion to the Feminine must include a deep reverence for and protection of the Earth. We are continually improving our practices to reduce our carbon footprint and create a sustainable future.

I believe our blood is sacred—an ancient thread connecting us to our power, our intuition, and our creative potential. And yet, for thousands of years, we’ve been taught—sometimes overtly, often subtly—to see it as impure or inconvenient. That disconnection may not be spoken aloud anymore, but it lives on in the culture: in the way our bodies are overly medicalized, especially around fertility… in the pressure to override rather than listen… in the silence around our cycles and wombs.

I created Wisdom of the Womb and developed The Fertile Mama Method to help women reconnect with the deep intelligence of their bodies. These tools and practices have supported thousands of women in unraveling the physical and emotional patterns contributing to infertility—and many have gone on to bring their babies home. But to me, it’s always been about something more profound: coming home to your body, your rhythm, your life force.

I’m a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Herbalist, and Alchemical Healer. For over two decades, I’ve supported women in their fertility journeys, including the ten years I spent running Ariele’s Apothecary just outside NYC. There, I collaborated with top IVF clinics and Reproductive Endocrinologists, offering holistic support that bridged ancient wisdom with modern care. When I moved to Colorado in 2016, I brought my work online so I could continue to serve women from all over the world.

While my focus has evolved, my intention remains the same: to offer safe, grounded, and powerful ways for women to reclaim trust in their bodies. My clinical background helps many feel comfortable stepping outside the standard paradigm, one that often pathologizes the very nature of womanhood.

What I’ve seen, again and again, is that so many women who struggle to conceive don't need to be "fixed." They’re just disconnected. From their cycles. From their wombs. From the Earth. And from the parts of themselves that still remember how to rest, receive, and create from fullness rather than force.
