It is important to us to pay our employees competitive wages & have an inspiring work culture. We buy our supplies and materials from fair trade small businesses that in turn serve their local mining community and economy. Our diamond and gems are sourced ethically with social responsibility in mind. Our shop / studio is small and we work to be eco-friendly in what we put out in the world. We choose to be a light in this industry by offering affordable, high-quality, and fair trade jewelry all while serving everyone, in all walks of life, with joyful hearts.
