Who are we?
Hi! My name is Stanley Dam and I am the founder of Kolvy. Nice to have you here!
During my studies Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and later my Master Marketing, something grew that I couldn't let go: the dream of building my own brand. Not just any brand, but one that really makes a difference in people's lives.
During and after my graduation I started to delve into the world of e-commerce. I was fascinated by the power of online retail, but also saw that many brands are mainly focused on quick profit, without an eye for real quality, ease of use or personal attention. That is exactly what I wanted to do differently.

Our Story
In 2021, our journey began – not with a business plan, but with a personal experience. My sister was pregnant and faced a challenge that many new mothers face: Finding a comfortable, reliable breast pump that would actually help her during her busy work days. What seemed like an individual problem at first glance turned out to be something bigger: a lack of products that truly meet the needs of new mothers.
That got me thinking.
Together with lactation consultants and other experts, I delved deeply into the world of breastfeeding and parenting. We had countless conversations with mothers, healthcare professionals and experts by experience. What do mothers really need? What is missing? What could be better?
From that research came our first product: a wireless breast pump that combines comfort, discretion and ease of use. Not based on assumptions, but developed with the people who use it every day.
In 2022 we launched Kolvy on Bol.com. The enthusiasm quickly grew and in 2023 the next step followed: our own webshop, kolvy.nl. In the meantime, Kolvy has grown into a trusted brand that radiates freedom and comfort. We have already helped thousands of mothers (and fathers). Our team has expanded, our range has grown – but our core has remained the same: quality over quantity.
We consciously choose a select range of high-quality baby products that have been carefully designed and extensively tested. In a period where everything revolves around you and your little one, we are there with products that you can trust blindly.
