Tom Dooley, then founder of Antigua Apparel, lived by one guiding life philosophy – ”Do what you want to do while you have the chance to do it."

In 1976, Tom was inspired to combine his passions for golf and the great outdoors to create the perfect golf shirt. This simple mission has evolved into a company that makes quality, versatile apparel that you will be comfortable in for all life's moments.

Our heritage is based in golf. And, our product can be seen on a number of touring professionals at tournaments nationwide. However, we have matured as a brand and now offer comprehensive and stylish apparel collections that feature professional sports leagues as well as colleges and universities.

Our products can be found around the country at Golf Pro Shops, Team Shops and Major Retailers across North America.

Every season, when our design team sits down to create new product collections, they do so with two primary objectives in-mind—quality and comfort. These are the two things that our customers have come to expect from Antigua Apparel.

Beyond these two core things, we focus on designing product that provide our customers the ultimate in versatility. Versatility to wear it as comfortably on the golf course as you can at the 19th hole, cheering on your favorite team or simply hanging with your friends living your best life.

We are constantly innovating across our entire organization and business. We are never satisfied. Always striving to be better. This cultural approach carries through to the products we make. Whether it be the fabrics we use, the silhouettes we create or the embellishments we use...we strive to provide our customers with the best product available. In the late 1980's we identified the world of Sports Licensing as an opportunity to grow our business and acquired our 1st license with Major League Baseball. The other three professional sports leagues soon followed—NFL, NBA & NHL.​

Over the next 40+ years we have added a number of sports licenses to our Portfolio, including: MLS, NWSL, US Soccer, Top International Soccer Teams, MiLB, WNBA, NBA G-League, PBR Teams, NASCAR and over 150 Colleges and Universities.

Our ability to provide elevated apparel and innovative decorations along with our commitment to the fastest product turn times in the industry are the cornerstone of our business and been the driver of our sports licensed business.
