ABOUT ANCIENTSMITHY
Welcome to AncientSmithy Inc., where our passion for handmade craftsmanship began over a decade ago. What started as a fascination with artisanal knife-making has evolved into a globally recognized company—acknowledged even by the developers of the very game that inspired one of our signature products, the Leviathan axe.

Today, we operate out of four forges across Ukraine, bringing together talented blacksmiths from all over the country—some of whom are third-generation smiths. Our dedicated teams specialize in woodcarving, leatherwork, acid etching, and design, always striving to preserve and honor the traditions passed down by our ancestors.

Ukraine’s history stretches back over 1,000 years, intertwined with the era of Kievan Rus’. Throughout modern-day Ukrainian territory, archaeological evidence of Viking presence has been found—these settlers founded many of our ancient cities. Inspired by this rich heritage, we constantly research historical methods of forging and crafting tools and weapons, incorporating several of these traditional approaches into our work today.
